Consecration and Hope

Today, this world seems almost to writhe in agony, groaning as in the throes of childbirth.

For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. ~ Romans 8:22

The birth that has so been longed for is near, and while it approaches still, the refining of our character and exercise of discernment is an ongoing work of the holy spirit.

23 And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body. 24 For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we wait eagerly for it. ~ Romans 8:23-5

In this season, the Lord is preparing a sacrifice.

Be silent before the Lord God! For the day of the Lord is near, For the Lord has prepared a sacrifice, He has consecrated His guests. ~ Zephaniah 1:7

He is consecrating His guests.

I am assured that soon, very soon, we will see promises made long ago begin to be fulfilled.

Blessings in Y'shua!

Bob
